In this product an HR professional will work with you to carry out a Training Needs Analysis. The analysis will ensure that you have sufficient skills in your business to meet operational needs. It will also include an evaluation of individual training needs that may arise as a result of Business plan objectives. The overall aim is to generate a Training and Development Plan that will ensure that your people have the right skills to meet business objectives. The product meets Investors in People standards.
An Adviser will work with you to:-
Identify key skills required for different job roles and functions.
Draw up a Skills Matrix.
Evaluate or give you the tools to assess the skills of your existing staff against those required.
Consider individual training and development needs in the light of business objectives and/or individual competence.
Draw up a Training and Development Plan with projected costings.
A formal Training Needs Analysis that meets Investors in People Standards.
A Training and Development Plan that meeds Investors in People standards.
A more skilled and motivated workforce (over time).
