This product is about preparing early to maximise the value and ease of sale of your business.
An experienced Adviser will help you take a critical look at what you are selling and why somebody might be interested in buying and then to put a plan in place to maximise the attractiveness of your business to potential purchasers. The product includes a complimentary copy of ‘An Overview of Selling your Business’.

An experienced Adviser will work with you to:-

  • Identify why your business might appeal to purchaser.
  • Identify what might deter a purchaser from buying your business.
  • Confirm objectives to make your business more saleable and/or command a higher price.
  • Prepare a template Sales Pack to support the sale of your business.

Anticipated Outcomes

  • An understanding of how to improve the saleability of your business.
  • A plan to implement necessary changes to facilitate a sale.
  • A Sales Pack template, completed as far as possible, to support a sale.
