Evaluate your policies for legal compliance.
Identify areas of ambiguity.
Make suggestions for improvement.
Alternatively, if you do not have HR policies in place already, an Adviser will work with you to refine and personalise good practise policies so that these are suitable for your organisations.
Essential HR Policies that are legally compliant with current legislation.
Policies that act as a guide for managers and employees.
An action plan for communication and/or training to embed the polices into the culture of the organisation.
