Product Description

A pile of Job applications can be quite daunting, particularly if you are busy. Without a sound process for considering applications, it can be easy to get overwhelmed and distracted.
This product takes the donkey work out of recruitment and filters out applications on pre-determined criteria, presenting you with a shortlist of 6-8 candidates and a summary of how they meet your requirements. The Shortlisting process is carried out by experienced HR professionals who are completely unbiased in their approach, working only with your interest in mind.

The product works best if you already have a job description and person specification in place.

An Adviser will:-

  • Agree the person specification, first and second sort criteria.
  • Sort applications according to the agreed criteria.
  • Draw up a shortlist of 6-8 applicants who meet the criteria for the job role.
  • Score applicants against criteria.
  • Summarise short listed candidates.

Anticipated Results

  • A shortlist of suitable candidates for any particular vacancy.
  • Savings on time and money spent on the recruitment process.
