Supply a Self Help tool to use with your team to evaluate the image conveyed by your people and your premises.
Prepare a Brand Analysis report.
Have an improved understanding of the brand conveyed by your business.
Be able to define objectives for managing/improving the brand of your business.
Know how to implement changes to give your business brand a makeover.
