Have you ever wondered whether the marketing messages conveyed by your website, your company literature, your people and your social media engagement work for or against your business brand.? Brands are created not just by a great logo and smart brochure but by the entire way in which your business interacts with its customers on social media and face to face.
This product invites a fresh pair of eyes to take a dispassionate look at the messages that your business gives out. The product is research based and will help to determine whether there is a gap between what you think your business is communicating and what messages are actually being received by your customers and potential customers.

You will work with an Adviser who will:-

  • Review your website, facebook and Twitter identitiy and identify the main ‘Brand Messages’.
  • Review your marketing literature and social media profile and compare these to your desired marketing messages.
  • Call 10 previous customers to identify their perception of your ‘brand’.
  • Supply a Self Help tool to use with your team to evaluate the image conveyed by your people and your premises.
  • Prepare a Brand Analysis report.

Anticipated Outcomes

  • Have an improved understanding of the brand conveyed by your business.
  • Be able to define objectives for managing/improving the brand of your business.
  • Know how to implement changes to give your business brand a makeover.
